10.7.23 - Maddie & Daniel - Deerfield Country Club Wedding
Fancy Fox couple Maddie and Daniel chose to get married at the beautiful Deerfield Country Club located in Newark, DE!
Early in the morning on October 7th, Maddie and her girls made their way to Maddie’s mom’s house to begin hair and makeup with the lovely Colored by Madison, while Daniel and his guys grabbed some breakfast together at a restaurant close to the venue.
Our team, as well as the couple’s florist, Twisted Vine Floral Design, arrived around noon to begin setup as Alicia helped the photo team, Katie Mary Photography, with the couple’s flat lay photos.
By mid-afternoon, bride Maddie had her stunning dress on by Claire’s Fashions and was ready to go!
She and her bridal party, after having an adorable first look, went to snap some group photos outside while Daniel and his groomsmen did the same.
The deep red dresses and blue suits looked so good together; perfect for a fall wedding! :)
Not only did Maddie do a first look with her bridesmaids, she also decided to do one with her dads and grandparents and it was truly the sweetest thing!
It then came time for Maddie and Daniel to see one another, which they did in the venue’s breezeway with light pouring in beautifully.
The couple also read their personal vows they wrote for each other and spent some quiet moments together before the ceremony.
After a quick prayer with their pastor, Maddie, Daniel, and their wedding party lined up for a 4pm ceremony.
Maddie walked down the aisle to a version of the Taylor Swift song ‘Enchanted,’ arranged by Joseph William Morgan.
Heading into cocktail hour, as drinks were poured and appetizers munched on, the couple got to sneak a peek at the reception space and shared a private dance before guests entered.
As 6pm rolled around, guests were invited into the reception and the wedding party was introduced!
Maddie and Daniel entered to ‘Bring Em Out’ by TI, and then went straight into their first dance to the song ‘Stay With You’ by John Legend.
After speeches, a plated dinner by Deerfield, and special dances by the groom and his mom and the bride and her dad/stepdad, the couple chose to have a ‘generations dance,’ with the winners getting these awesome t-shirts! (below)
The party was soon underway, with the last couple hours of the evening holding some extra fun!
Maddie changed into a sparkly white dress, the couple and their wedding party took some Star-Wars themed photos outside by the fountain, and a late-night-snack was delivered by Chick-Fil-A!!
All in all, with an amazing couple surrounded by an incredible group of family and friends, it was such a privilege to be involved in this sweet day ❤️
