6-8 Weeks Pre-Wedding:
Floor plan creation
Create ceremony procession and recessional
2-4 Weeks Pre-Wedding:
Attend a Final Walk Through at the venue
Finalize Timeline/FloorPlan and send to all vendors
Vendor Communication (confirm timing and services provided)
Wedding Weekend:
Run the Wedding Rehearsal
Execute the wedding day timeline
Be the main day-of contact for yourself, vendors, and guests
Coordinate and communicate with vendors upon arrival
Set up any decor/place settings/etc.
Ensure the floorplan is set-up correctly
Execute the ceremony processional (get you down the aisle!)
Help the guests get from one place (part of the event) to another
Maintain order of events for reception
Run any send-off activities
Pack up decor and gifts at the end of the night
Have an emergency kit on-hand
The Finishing Touches Experience
This experience is great for couples that have handled everything throughout the planning process, but need some help pushing through to the end.
You should experience your wedding… not work it! Allow your planner to take on all of the last minute details so that you can truly enjoy your wedding (and the same goes for mom and your bridesmaids!).
We will ensure all the Ts are crossed and Is dotted. We speak to all of your vendors, create a detailed timeline, and ensure the details you’ve worked so hard to create are not missed.

The Wedding Design Experience
We will work together on vision setting and design details, narrowing your inspiration images to create cohesion with your venue and overall wedding design.
If you've got big plans for the visual aspect of your wedding but are concerned with how to bring it all together, this package is for you! Together we will design a gorgeous, cohesive wedding, along with nailing down ALL of the little details of the wedding day.
The decision making is still up to you, but having someone by your side let’s you actually enjoy the design planning process.

With in-depth planning & design, every step of the process will be laid out for you… you just get to make all the fun, final decisions! Planning begins from the day we meet, until your special exit on your wedding day.

Fancy Fox Events offers many other opportunities to assist you in your wedding planning.
This includes (but is not limited to) creating your save-the-date/invite designs, custom calligraphy/signage/place cards/etc, planning consultations, and assisting in planning of other events (bridal shower, bachelorette, post-wedding brunch, etc)!
